· Every resident is required to keep quite for other residents.

Guest Guidance

· Anchae has Ondol Room(Underfloor-heated Room) and you need to notice the arrival time beforehand to warm the room (particularly in winter season).
· Seonamseowon Confucian Academy is historic house without air-conditioner, TV, PC, and refrigerator. But an electric fan and mosquito nets are prepared in each room. During summer time, we provide mosquito repellent incense and insecticide. Refrigerator is shared; we keep yours on your request.
· Modern toilets and shower rooms are located outside the main gate, separate male and female, with 2~3 toilets and a shower room each. Inside the gate. There are old style toilets in Daemunchae, and waterworks beside the yard for washing quickly.
· It is not modernized but a peaceful place to experience the traditional heritage house itself. You will be satisfied if you want to escape from busy life and enjoy the old-worldliness.

Cancellation Policy

· Please notify the cancellation at least 3 days prior to the scheduled day of use.
· Cancellation 7 days before arrival : 100% refund
· Cancellation 6 days before arrival : 90% refund
· Cancellation 5 days before arrival : 80% refund
· Cancellation 4 days before arrival : 70% refund
· Cancellation 2~3 days before arrival : 60% refund
· Cancellation 2~3 days before arrival : 50% refund
· Cancellation on the day of arrival: 20% refund
· The amount of refund will be transferred to your bank account, excluding remittance charge.
